ends on Monday, 27 November 2017. The Council is consulting on the draft North Finchley Town Centre Framework Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) which sets an approach for revitalising one of the largest town centres in Barnet.

Key issues include:

• the improvement and management of the shops
• changes to traffic flow around Tally Ho
