AGM followed by Lunch. If staying for lunch, each Resident is encouraged to bring a dish of food (hot or cold, sweet or savoury) to share. Kitchen facilities are limited so bring your food ready to serve in a dish with the necessary serving utensils, and if home-cooked label your dish and list the ingredients explaining whether the food is vegetarian, gluten free or vegan.
Wine, soft drinks and tea and coffee will be available for a donation.
Wheelchair access is on the left hand side of the outside entrance where there is a portable ramp.

Our cozy Winter Warmer occures on a Sunday in January/ February and combines with the Annual General Meeting
Each resident is encouraged to bring a dish of food to share – a wonderful festive occasion with food representing our richly diverse community
Summer Social
Summer Social
Our Summer Social occurs on a Sunday between July-August, bringing everyone together to socialise and reconnect
An informal socail where residents can drop in whenever they wish to meet their neighbours and socialise. In 2025 it was held at Finchley Lawn Tennis Club (behind Brent Way).

Hustings are organised in the run-up to Local Council Elections to provide an opportunity for residents to meet and ask questions to the local candidates standing for Election
